125 g sykur
125 g smjörlíki
2 1/2 msk sýróp
2 tsk kanill
3-4 tsk negull
1/2 tsk pipar (hvítur)
1 tsk natrón
ca. 1/2 egg

Deigið hnoðað. Gott að geyma í smátíma í ísskáp. Bakist við c.a. 200 °C í 6-8 mín.
