<li>1 bolli sykur</li>
<li>1 bolli púðursykur</li>
<li>2 egg</li>
<li>1 tsk. Matarsódi</li>
<li>1 tsk. Salt</li>
<li>1 msk. Heitt vatn</li>
<li>1 tsk. Vanilludropar</li>
<li>2 bollar hveiti og 4 msk. Hveiti</li>
<li>Ca.300 gr. Súkkulaðibitar, daím eða hvað sem er, t.d. er lakkrískurl mjög gott. Gott er að nota blöndu af daími og súkkulaðibitum (<em>þá passar vel að hafa 300gr. af daím kúlum og svo ca. 100gr. af súkkulaðispænum</em>).</li>
</ul>
<p>Hræra allt saman í skál, nota svo teskeið til að setja á plötu með bökunarpappír og baka í miðjum ofni á sirka 170 °c þangað til þær verða ljósbrúnar, fer eftir ofnum en í sirka 5-10 mín.</p>

Bræðið súkkulaðið, skerið útflatta marsipanið í þríhyrnd stykki þannig að 2-4 Daim kúlur rúmist á þríhyrningi, hellið kókosmjöli á disk, dýfið þríhyrndu stkkjunum ofan í brædda súkkulaðið, látið umfram súkkulaðið leka af stykkjunum, leggið því næst súkkulaðihjúpaðan þríhyrninginn ofan á kókosmjölið og setið 2-3 Daim kúlur ofan á. Takið síðan stykkið af kókosmjölinu og geymið í kæli.</span></p>
